I started ТЕПЕ bite to prove a local brand can do good you actually see on the street, not just on paper. To me this isn't a school project — it's our first real company, and I treat it that way.
nikola@tepebite.euFrom the first idea inside a student team to our first initiative for Plovdiv — here's how we got here, and where we go next.
At first we thought only about social initiatives with a visible effect for Plovdiv. We quickly realised that on its own this had no business behind it — and we were in a business competition. So we turned our energy toward an idea with a real product, without abandoning the cause.
Anton floated the idea of a local bar sold only on and around the hills of Plovdiv. That's when we joined our two directions into one: a local brand with a cause for Plovdiv — a product that carries both meaning and place.
For manufacturing, Margarita thought of a friend of hers — the owner of BioStyle LTD, a certified maker of high-quality organic foods. That's where the partnership began, and it still sits at the core of our product today.

We designed the packaging and reached out to BioStyle. We arranged to work on credit — they produce now, and we return the money once we're able. That gesture is the reason we could even start, and we're deeply grateful for it. We still work together to this day.
We began operating under FIVORA Ltd — the company of our mentor Margarita. We're grateful to her for opening the door to real trade before we had a company of our own.
We started selling through a handful of partnering locations and went to our first event with live sales — the first times strangers chose the bar for its own sake.
By the time the Teenovator finale arrived on 30 May, we already had over 2,200 real sales — not projections, but bars that reached actual people.
At the finale we delivered a strong pitch. The pitch, the idea and the product caught the eye of senior representatives from Fantastico, among them Vladimir Nikolov. They stated their intention to help us — and that's where our next chapter began.
We arranged a meeting with senior representatives of Fantastico. We're grateful for their openness and for the time they gave us.
We presented our plans, our needs and what we'd achieved so far. In return they offered full support: marketing, design materials, help selling across their Plovdiv locations, and a €4,000 donation so we could produce our first full-scale batch.
The trademark registration is complete — the ТЕПЕ bite mark is now ours.
We finalised our first social initiative through the ТЕПЕ bite Impact fund — from idea to a finished result on the ground.
We're teenagers building a real business. We believe in the strength of the young — so we partner with youth-led organisations. When you support us, you support them too.
Every bar adds 0.15 € to the ТЕПЕ bite Impact fund. We multiply the value of those 0.15 € by partnering with youth-led organisations on every initiative.
They work on real initiatives on the ground, not on paper.
They meet potential partners through ours.
They gain social-media visibility through their activity.
We support the young — just as you support us, the young, by buying a bar.
See the full impact model →We're fully transparent about why we believe in ТЕПЕ bite. A cause, a team and a product — together the three make not just a good idea, but a compelling business.
From every bar, 0.15 € goes to the ТЕПЕ bite Impact fund and turns into visible initiatives with youth-led partners.
Students building an actual company — with sales, partners and responsibilities, not a project on paper.
Salted caramel, 40 g: low net carbs, fibre and plant protein, no added sugar — made near Plovdiv by BioStyle.
A cause that brings customers back. A product they buy again. A team that keeps growing. That's why we believe ТЕПЕ bite is not just a good cause, but a compelling business case.
Beyond our initiative partners, the business itself is backed by companies that help us grow.
If you'd like to help us, work together or invest in us — write to us. We're open to any form of support.
