1. Delivery Area

We deliver only in Bulgaria. International orders are not accepted at this time.

2. Delivery Options

Deliveries are handled by Speedy courier company.

The main and lower-cost option. The shipment is delivered to a Speedy locker or office of your choice.

Free delivery for orders over EUR 30.

Delivery costs are shown before the final order confirmation.

4. Processing and Delivery Timelines

Order processing:

Orders placed before 19:00 on a working day — processed on the same working day.
Orders after 19:00 or on non-working days — processed on the next working day.

Delivery time:

Delivery is usually completed on the next working day after handing the shipment to Speedy, but may take up to 2 working days.

Timelines are indicative. Speedy is responsible for delivery timelines according to their terms.

5. Payment Method

The only available payment method at this time is cash on delivery (COD). You pay in cash upon receiving the shipment from the Speedy locker, office or courier.

We do not currently accept bank transfers, card payments or COD by card.

6. Cash Receipt and Payment Document

The cash receipt / fiscal document for the COD amount is issued by Speedy through their 'Cash receipt for COD amount' service (or equivalent).

For standard online orders to end consumers, the payment document is issued through Speedy upon cash on delivery. For business or bulk requests, please contact us at office@tepebite.eu.

7. Uncollected Shipments

If an order is handed to Speedy and is not collected, the return-delivery cost may be charged to the customer.

8. Cancellation Before Courier Handoff

If the customer cancels the order before it is handed to Speedy, the customer owes nothing.

To cancel, write as soon as possible to office@tepebite.eu with your order number.

9. Business and Bulk Orders
