TEPE bite did not begin simply as an idea for a snack bar. It began with a question: can one small product create real change in a city?

We believe it can.

We created TEPE bite as a better-for-you salted caramel snack bar, but from the very beginning, we knew the product should be more than something people buy, eat, and forget. We wanted it to carry a story. We wanted it to feel connected to Plovdiv — to its hills, its walks, its young energy, and the people who do not just say they love their city, but actually do something for it.

Our mission is simple: to create a product that gives back to the city it comes from. That is why part of the profit from TEPE bite will be directed toward initiatives connected to preserving, improving, and promoting Plovdiv’s hills.

Our motivation came from something many of us have seen — beautiful places in the city with history and meaning, but which are often neglected or passed by without attention. Places we walk past every day, without thinking that they could be cleaner, more welcoming, and more alive. Instead of only talking about the problem, we decided to start with something concrete.

TEPE bite is our way of showing that young people can build a business that does not think only about sales, but also about the environment around it. We believe that when a product has a cause, it creates a stronger and more honest connection with people.

For us, every TEPE bite bar is a small gesture toward Plovdiv. It is support for an idea that says: our city deserves attention, care, and new energy.

TEPE bite is from Plovdiv, for Plovdiv. And this is only the beginning.
